Pro Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development. Both boys and girls are welcome to participate in this training session, which is taking place during the Robin Hood Skirmish Tournament (tournament information can be found here).

Where: Sherwood High School - 18800 SW Haide Rd, Sherwood, OR 97140

When: Thursday, July 11th:

1st - 12th Grade Session will be from 3:00PM to 5:00PM (co-ed)

Who: Designed for lacrosse players in 1st through 12th grade. Athletes should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.
